EA Castillo Construction is a family-run general contracting outfit. We take a small number of jobs each year and stay on them ourselves — no handoff to a third crew, no vanishing once the deposit clears. Plans, permits, dirt, drywall, paint. Honest work, finished on time.

How we work.

  1. 01.

    Walk-through & bid

We meet you on site, talk through what you actually want, and put together an itemized bid. No mystery line items, no pressure.

  2. 02.

    Plans & permits

We coordinate with your architect or bring in ours. We pull every permit, schedule every inspection, and keep the paperwork tight.

  3. 03.

    Build

The same crew shows up every day. Clean sites, weekly check-ins, and a written schedule you can hold us to.

  4. 04.

    Punch-list & close

Final walk-through, written punch-list, and lien releases. We don't disappear — we answer the phone after the project closes.

§ 05

About the company.

EA Castillo Construction Inc. is a licensed California general contracting firm based in the San Fernando Valley. We take on a deliberately small book of work each year so the owner is on every site, every week.

Our crew handles foundations, framing, finishes, and everything between. We work with owner-architects, designers, and homeowners running their own builds, and we're comfortable in occupied homes. Most of our jobs come from referrals — neighbors of past clients, designers we've finished projects with, and homeowners who've watched our work go up around the block.

If you're looking for a contractor who answers his own phone, sends real change orders, and stands behind the work after the warranty runs out — that's the job we want.
